A monthly invoice can be sent via email or USPS mail. Results are sent to you within two business days of receipt of your specimen.
Reports are faxed or emailed automatically at the end of each business day. We bill Medicare/Medicaid and Veteran's insurance plans.

2. Patient insurance billing. We will bill third party insurance, Medicare/Medicaid and their replacement plans.

Some out of state Medicaid plans require prior authorization. It is the responsibility of the referring client to provide this information at the time of submission. Charges denied by insurer for lack of authorization will be billed to your account.
