PRICING INFORMATION
Stone Analysis at Reasonable Prices
Urolithiasis Laboratory performs proficiency testing and maintains high-quality standards. Our turnaround time for stone analysis is 24 hours or less.
A monthly invoice can be sent via email or USPS mail. Copies of the report are sent to you within one business day of receipt of your specimen.
Reports are faxed or emailed automatically at the end of each business day. We bill third party insurers including Medicare and Medicaid.
Calculus analysis is competitively priced and clients are offered the following billing options:
1. Client account billing. We will invoice you monthly via USPS or email. (Prices effective 1/01/2024)
- $40 - Analysis without photograph
- $45 - Analysis with 2 color photographs
- $47 - Analysis with 3 color photographs
- $55 - Local Walk-In
2. Patient insurance billing. We will bill third party insurance, Medicare/Medicaid and their replacement plans.

Many third party insurers as well as some Medicare/Medicaid replacement plans require prior authorization for our testing. It is the responsibility of the referring client to provide this information at the time of submission. Charges denied by insurer for lack of authorization will be billed to your account.
GOING GREEN
Our laboratory strives to be green by using the least amount of earthly resources as possible. You may receive reports or your monthly bill via email, and pay your invoice on our website payment center.
