Shipping Instructions for Stone Submission
To meet USPS specifications, specimens must be double-packaged. Each specimen should be placed in the smaller inner vial and then put inside the larger container provided. Label the smaller vial with patient identifiers and refrain from marking the larger outer container.
GET FREE SHIPPING SUPPLIES
Specimens must be shipped dry (without urine, blood, formalin, or other liquids) to satisfy DOT and USPS requirements.
If you are mailing more than one specimen at a time, you may put up to 8 bottles in a bag. However, we strongly suggest that you double bag to reinforce the packaging.

USPS Shipping
Use our online tools to prepare your specimen for shipping to our facility. Sending your specimen to us is easy; just follow the 4 easy steps listed below.
Step 1
Download the specimen requisition form and complete with patient specific or pet specific information. Don't forget to fill out the client information box using Adobe Acrobat at the bottom of the form with your company address and contact phone number.
Step 2
Download the Human Exempt Labels or Animal Exempt Labels if you are shipping in your own box. Cut the label and tape it to your package.
Step 3
Double package your specimen and place in a small box.
Step 4
Create the shipping label for free shipping, this will include USPS tracking . Tape the labels to the box and give it to your postal carrier.
